The Pre K Department with the strong initiative of the Pre K District Director Ms. Melissa Cluff had its Rodeo Field Trip at Reliant Park last March 2, 2012.
The educational trip was a day full of excitement. The students experienced fun on the farm where they were able to interact with the animals such as bulls, cows, horses, pigs, chickens and goats. and many more. The trip also included loads of shopping and spotlights the contributions of Black pioneers to the cultural achievement and heritage of the city of Houston and the state of Texas.
The students in Purple Butterfly Class who joined Rodeo Field Trip were, Aundre Amboree, Jahmal Duncan, Nevaeh Esther Lamb, Bailey Lair, Victorya Peterson, Jacey Richardson, Brianna Myles, Anyah Thibodeaux, Jada Watson, Dyonni Williams and Gregory Simmons.
