Southwest PreK students had a beauty pageant of sorts Friday in preparation for a district-wide Cinco de Mayo celebration Monday, May 5, at the Southwest Campus.
Some parents showed up to watch their children parade up and down the floor in their bid to be named Mr. and Miss Cinco de Mayo.
The first-place winners were Da'sayy Waller and Rhyannah Ugalde (middle in photo at right).
Second place went to Angel Vargas and Yohana Aguilar (left) and third place was awarded to Andrew Muniz and Alexa Ramirez (right)
