Rylee Thomas got a surprise birthday present when she finished school Tuesday at the Early Childhood Center: a fancy limousine that greeted her in the parking lot. With her parents inside, the driver popped out and presented Rylee with celebratory balloons. Rylee also received a birthday greeting from Dr. Margaret Stroud, superintendent of The Varnett Public School. Rylee, a Pre-K student, is now 5 years old. Happy Birthday, Rylee!
